Happy birthday, @justintimberlake. To most of the world Justin is a larger than life superstar, but in the gym, you’ll often find him teaching his older son how to lift weights while his younger son tries to tackle him.

I see the side of him where when I had a mudslide at my house that caused serious damage to my yard, Justin sent over a cleanup crew and still hasn’t let me see the bill. This summer for my wedding he helped put together the most epic Best Man speech in the history of Best Man speeches, and that’s something I’ll never forget.

And in the gym, he’s fully dialed it in over the last six months for his upcoming tour, which as a trainer is the dream to have a client that works hard in the gym and takes care of his body outside of the gym.
